And hosting events for it.
They can apply to real life application.
If WCoR was more of a success I could say "I have organized and helped create a community as a member of it, I have hosted and organized multiple events and contained a staff of X people I did this for X years"
This would tell them I have leading experience and how many I can handle.

our production value is quite good, but i dont think that really matters from the point of view of an employer. especially in a business field, im pretty confident that they would look at statistical data like income earned, traffic generated and so on instead of development quality (none of them will actually be playing your game) |
