〖INTRODUCTION〗 Hello Docklands, my name is Dino_Raf I have been in DPD, since early January, and been HR since late January as well, I feel like I have what it takes with the experience to run the Assistant Chief in DPD. 〖MY PLANS AS AC〗 My plans as Assistant Chief are to slowly get DPD active again and start trainings that help officers become less abusive and more experienced. As some of you may see in Harford there is not a lot of Officers on the DPD team much or there DPD on but do not know how to properly take down criminals. Also some plans are to get a type of training INSIDE Harford that Officers can do when on patrol with an HR. Crime rate will simply go down if more officers are more well trained, we can do that by adjusting training and making it more fun and much more realistic for citizens not getting shot up. 〖WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE ME〗 I plan on getting a lot more active now that school has started and I am now getting adjusted to it so I can manage homework, that way I can pull aside time for DPD, and Docklands. I will host MR training whenever I feel like another HR should be added with approval of course. I will be active hosting when ever I can during the week. I have great grammar, multiple experiences in Docklands (DPD, DHLS, DDOT, DDPS, DPD:SWAT, DPD: AC, DPD MD ETC.) 〖CONCLUSION〗 Thank you for your time reading my speech, good luck to all running for this position!
