Teachers will send an informative message to the appropriate year account (Hogwarts1stYears etc) about each lesson they teach.
Hogwarts Year accounts:
Hogwarts1stYears (Send information about 1stYear lessons)
Hogwarts2ndYears (Send information about 2ndYear lessons)
Hogwarts3rdYears (Send information about 3rdYear lessons)
Hogwarts4thYears (Send information about 4thYear lessons)
Hogwarts5thYears (Send information about 5thYear lessons)
Hogwarts6thYears (Send information about 6thYear lessons)
Hogwarts7thYears (Send information about 7thYear lessons)
This guide is for Professors ONLY. Others may read it too, but it only applies to Professors at ***Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry***
Each lesson, you (the Professor) will write a message to the appropriate year account of your students.
If you are teaching 1styears in one particular lesson you will send the message to the Hogwarts1stYears account. The same applies for the other years (Teaching 7thYears -> Send the message to the Hogwarts7thYears account).
Each message must include information about
Homework,Detentions,HousePoints.

If no homework is set write:
Homework set:
NONE SET
The same applies for detentions and housepoints. (Given/Taken)
If any detentions are given, the Headmistress or Deputy Headmaster will decide the punishment accordingly. You need only state that a detention was given and their username. |
