This is the guide for Department Leaders within Novus Kadia.
Anyone who is a department leader, or who helps run a department should consider all of the below points.
As a department leader you are helping to run the group, every department is vital. You are like the organs of a body, without them the body would not function.
You are expected to lead your department with enthusiasm.
You are expected to be active within your department, and keep members updated on any changes to that department.
It is recommended that you include other department leaders in your decisions.
You have been trusted with a big responsibility, do not let us down.
We expect department leaders to get along, if you are constantly causing arguments you may face punishment. You may have discussions however, as long as they are civilized.
The above points are also to be regarded as rules, failing to follow these will result in the following.
A checklist type punishment system will be operated for different things.
Inactivity
[1] Verbal Warning
[2] Written warning
[3] Department review (Appropriate action to be taken).
[4] Removal as Department Leader
Abuse of power:
[1] Department Review.
[2] Removal as Department Leader [Possible Demotion]
Overall Warning System:
[1] Verbal Warning
[2] Verbal Warning 2
[3] Written Warning
[4] Written Warning 2
[5] Suspension as Department Leader during department review
[6] Removal as Department Leader.
[7] (If behavior continues) - Demotion
The overall system is for general things, such as smaller things than inactivity and an abuse of power, such as constant arguments, etc.
An member of a department can recommended for a department review if they do not think it is being run at a decent standard.
Any High Command member can trigger a department review with valid reasoning.
