This forum will be helpful for new workers. It will teach them the proper way to serve customers. If you are working behind the register, and a customer approaches you, you click the left GUI saying "Customer Cards" You type in the name of the customer and their specific order - Ex. "Make-over"
OPTIONS : Different types of treatments and styling options clients and customers can order -
- Full Make-Over
- Clothing Makeover
- Facial Makeover
- Hair Makeover
- Skin Touch-up
- Customized
(If they order customized, you are required to ask what parts of their body they would like customized - clothes, face, hair, etc.)
{Anything not on the ordering list cannot be done; we don't have a secret menu or anything like that. If there is a special design or event it will be announce on the group wall or a forum will be made including the details}
If you are working at customer service and a client approaches you, what do you do? Well, you first say your greeting. Your greeting is your introduction and welcoming to each client. By saying your greeting, the customer feels welcomed into our salon and is introduced to your name. Greetings should be formed in three sections - Welcoming, Name, How can I help you.
Example - Hello! Welcome to Nova Salon. My name is Sparkle, how may I assist you on this lovely day? (As you can see I used good grammar, I capitalized what needed to capitalized and used commas and periods.)
You should always be treating customers and clients with the most utterly respect and should never yell or say that they look bad in any way. After all its what they want. Also, if we catch you yelling, spamming, flaming or being rude you will be punished. If they change their request half way through that's ok too. You can just remove their hats and redo.
Trolling - If a troller approaches you, you warn they three times and then tell an HR. You should be able to handle it yourself, but if it is very severe or starts to get other clients to troll, you may contact a CEO or post ONE message on the group wall requesting help. If a worker is trolling you be the bigger person and tell them to knock it off.
