The following rules are for Salon Supervisor + this can also involve the staff chat, so if you are under Salon Supervisor, it might be kind of unnecessary to read this forum.
Basically, Nova Salon has tons of drama and arguments causing conflict between the staff team. We have been trying our hardest to stop it, and now it will come to an end.
If YOU, in any FORM, cause ANY conflict in Nova, the staff chat, or anywhere else, it will be decided by the HRs in the HR group chat what we will do to the person who causes it. You will 100% receive a demotion, a long suspension, or be fired from the staff team based on the importance of the conflict you caused.
When the higher ranks made their decision, you will NOT argue it, as it has been approved by us, and we will not revert your punishment unless we feel we have too, not by you begging us too. We don't want to hear "omg but u didn't have a reason" or "But I didn't do anything can I just plz have my rank back!!"
Rules regarding admin abuse, based on the severity of admin abuse and how bad it was, once again you will be punished in some form as that is not alright. If a higher rank is in the game and the abuse isn't THAT bad, you will probably receive a warning.
Basically, what I am trying to tell you is that the Nova Salon staff team is updating issues regarding conflict, and we will not tolerate anyone wasting our time arguing. Once again, this doesn't have to be read word by read, but it will be decided by the President through the Owner of the group what your punishment is.
