Section I - Ranks Section II - Promotion/Demotion Section III - Admin Abuse. Section IV - Insubordination Section V - Grammar Section VI - Formal retirement ----------- Section I - Ranks All ranks that are not officer, Even CWO are LR. All ranks between SLT and Major are MR. Lieutenant Colonel to General are HR, and General is in charge of all the HR's. Every rank above General is HC. ----------- Section II - Promotion/Demotion To be promoted as an LR you must pass a training. For MR you must be noticed by an HR. To be noticed by an HR you must prove excellence in leadership and your ability in combat. CWO must go through OCS and pass every class, and if they pass the final exam they become a SLT. For HR's to be promoted HC must notice them. A General may not be promoted unless an HC position is open, and for an HR to become HC the officers must vote for who ever deserves the rank. LR's may only be demoted by officers and they must have a good reason, and PROOF MUST BE INCLUDED. MR's may be demoted by HR's following the same concept. Proof must be included. MR's may not demote other Mr's, and HR's may not demote other HR's. The only exception is General. Since General is the head of HR's they are allowed to demote. They may NOT promote though. HR's are in charge of promoting MR's. For an officer to be promoted it must be done with good reasoning. For HC to be demoted they must be demoted by the Field Marshal, or if a court martial is present. If the HC loses the CM they will be demoted from that position, and a General would then need to be elected. If a HC is being court martialed a head judge would need to approve the case, then assign the case to any judge. HR may be court martialed freely, and any judge can be assigned to the case. Same rules apply to LR's being court martialed. Note: Major+ must be court martialed to be demoted. ----------- Section III - Admin Abuse Admin abuse is not tolerated whether you are situated in training grounds or an area of conflict, it is simply not tolerated anywhere. Admin abusing will not go unpunished, and the punishments can be severe. First time admin abusing (Minor) may be punished by demotion. No warning given. If the admin continues to admin abuse they will be revoked of their administration powers. (Can be appealed in court) Major admin abusers are given no warning. They will be removed from all branches/divisions and be removed of all valor and be kicked from the group. There is only one exception, only HC can use :fly and :To. Commands that count as Admin abuse: Training Bases: :Give (Gamepasses) :Teleport (Only usable for HC) :Kill (Only for emergency situations) :Watch (No watching of anyone above your rank) :Fly (Only for HC) Combat Zones: :Give :Teleport :Kill :Change (Stats) :Watch :Fly :Respawn ----------- Section IV - Insubordination If a serviceman is a higher rank than you, and is a non commissioned officer (under second lieutenant) you are to address them by their rank. Failure or following that rule will result in a punishment. (Ex: Being arrested.)If a serviceman is a higher rank than you, and is a commissioned officer (second lieutenant or above) you will address them by saying "Sir" or if the officer is a female, you will say "Ma'am". Refusing to follow and carry out a reasonable order issued to you by any servicemen of a higher rank than you, commissioned or not, will lead to your court martial and arrest. ----------- Section V - Grammar If a servicemen is a second lieutenant or higher, grammar must be perfect. If a second lieutenant or higher fails to have perfect grammar the royal military police may give them a grammar test. If the officer fails the grammar test they will be demoted to CWO, and must redo OCS. They will not get their rank back. They will start back at second lieutenant. Grammar must be used at all military compounds.Capital letters may be used to signify shouting an order, or as a form of verbal punishment. Note: All soldiers should try their best to use proper grammar, regardless of rank. ----------- Section VI - Formal Retirement To resign from the Canadian Armed Forces, you must send the Field Marshal a letter requesting leave. Once the request is approved, you are free to leave. (This process is only required from servicemen which hold the rank of second lieutenant or higher). When you formally retire you can enter any Canadian Armed Forces compound as a respected officer. If you leave the military without informing a General+ before hand (abandoning your duties) you will not be allowed to visit or enter military compounds and you will not be allowed to resume your service. Signed: Field Marshal - Riolu550 Deputy Field Marshal - JeromeCollier Assisting Field Marshal - Acr1234
