To clarify I am saying
"My art is horrible. It has always been horrible. It will never get better." |
|
|
OP, you are so damn delusional. it's honestly pretty sad how you think you know it all, you really don't know anything. |
|
|
"Look at my art.
If that isn't proof that you're born with talent, then you're just lying to yourself."
"To clarify I am saying
"My art is horrible. It has always been horrible. It will never get better.""
my entire post was saying "hey look i tried making the same exact thing a year ago and it sucked now look at this a year later look how much better i got"
the fact your art isn't good doesn't prove that somehow you have to be brought into this world good at drawing anything, it just means you're not improving, probably because you - for some reason - believe that you'll never get better
at november 23rd will mark when i made my first shirt on roblox 3 years ago, and since this was my first shirt (the original file lovingly named "testshirt"):
https://www.roblox.com/catalog/136366495/Black-Long-Sleeve-Shirt
i think i've improved from the color black to the shirt i posted earlier.
i've already said that saying you're not born with talent is just not wanting to admit you're not willing to get better
(p.s.: my first shirt used to be my best selling shirt. the color black. don't tell me you have to be a master at anything to sell)

i could earn tons of robux by just showing off my art on forums/groups. chances are people want to pay me for a drawing. it's really easy, but i'm not doing it anymore, because i'm lazy. also i've already earned 10k in an art contest

pancake dude
if you don't get better at art, it's your own fault, really
give any person (that wants to be good at drawing) 10 years and boom, they're a master artist.

Sorry what was that? Practice makes perfect?
Sorry, science says other wise. |
|

Honestly, I never understood the whole "practice makes perfect" thing.
You can be put into this world with hands that are not steady enough to draw smooth lines. (And NO that does NOT mean shaky. Why do people always jump to that conclusion? My hand writing/drawing just isn't neat! That's all! And it will NEVER be neat! Not that I want to go into why, or you people would find it "offensive.")
You can be put into this world with a body that just isn't fit for sports.
You can be put into this world a lot of things. It's all DNA. |

@agod
That's why you git gud casul |
|
|
@plm: READ THE SOURCE!
Are you seriously saying I'm not allowed to do something, because I wasn't born good enough to do it? 'Cause that's what you just said. |
|
|
Continuing from what I was saying before...
You can be put into this world with a nerve system that isn't able to press a button fast enough.
I wonder why no one ever thinks of that last one unless they are trying to brag about it on an online video game. Hmm... |

Do you not know the git gud meme
Cuz "git gud filthy casul" is a dark souls meme for people who can't git gud
But there is always room for improvement |
|
|
@plm: So you are saying I'm not allowed to do something, because I wasn't born good enough to do it.

No since there is ALWAYS room for a bit of improvement even if it is small, your hand writing might be bad but it can improve a little the more your do it. |
|
|
@plm: My handwriting has been the same since I was in 3rd grade. :/
My nerve system is not made for writing properly. I thought I already been over that. |

I really doubt that there hasn't been a difference in your handwriting since the third grade
And are you not in the fifth grade or something? |
|
|
@plm: I graduated.
In fact, a lot of forumers on RT are in college by now. As they say "one does no simply quit ROBLOX."
And yeah, there is NO difference in my hand writing. Like if I were to show you something from my senior year, you would NOT be able to read it.
The only reason I graduated, is because my teachers started forcing me to type everything just because of how hard everything was to read. |

my hand's aren't steady
anyone can work out, some just take more effort than others because of the nuances in their body. the only thing i can assume that would make this true is born weak in something like your bones
your article said absolutely nothing about being born with talent, either:
"And there are many possible answers. One is how early in life you were introduced to the activity — which, as the researchers explain, appears to have effects that go beyond how many years of practice you booked. Others include how open you are to collaborating and learning from others, and how much you enjoy the activity."
"That last one — intrinsic motivation — has a huge empirical base of support in workplaces, schools, and elsewhere. We’ve long known that the pleasure one takes from an activity is a powerful predictor of success. "
not sure if you read your own argument or not.

@agod
Oh lol from the side of your scp ID badge it looked like you were very young
Just checked
Nice cosplay too. |
|
|
"hand's"
thanks me
also your article basically reinforces what i said earlier
you have to want to get better at something, lol
|
|
|
@meta: I did, multiple times, and it says that just practicing doesn't work.
It even goes into why it sounds "nice" then just shows why it isn't true.
Ok, know what? Go on my DA "agodlypancake" and that will STILL debunk your entire argument.
I actually enjoy drawing pictures, yet here I am UNABLE to make ANYTHING good. No matter how much effort I put into it.
In fact, this picture: https://www.roblox.com/library/526520669/Ribbon-and-Vin
took me little over 2 hours. It's trash.
If "motivation" was all, I'd be making millions on art. |
|
|
@plm: I think that relates to my yellow aura. It makes one look younger than they actually are.
Why am I discussing auras with someone who probably doesn't know what I'm talking about? |
