Regarding that many promotions happen without the consent of the Higher command in TAC. The Brigadiers have conferred that to make any promotions to the rank of Master Sergeant and above, must first be confirmed by a Colonel, Brigadier, and Washington.
This Order is to be put into effect until dismissed by the General Staff, and nothing is to override it. Any officer found putting someone above the rank of Master Sergeant without consent will be receive a punishment that can include demotion, and in the most serious cases, exile.
