Help on launching the ROBLOX Player or download ROBLOX

Every time I press the play button, on any browser, it launches, and then pops up saying "Roblox has stopped working." I allowed it through firewall, deleted ROBLOX Player itself, and tried to re-download it. I press the download button, and ROBLOX Player launches and it says the same error. I have restarted my laptop a million times, and it won't work. It just happened 2 days ago. 3 days ago it was working perfectly, now, I don't know what happened. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Chrome, so would it be with that? If I don't get any good results, I'll just quit ROBLOX... thanks.

I just re-tried everything it said to do on the FAQ about the technical problems. It didn't work. I realllllly don't want to give up this game, for like games like Notoriety and Phantom Forces
