Honestly the script editor as a whole needs an overhaul.
This would be a great start, I'd also like the ability to have a list of all my variables and functions that lets me instantly scroll it's definition into view.
Another nice touch would be highlighting which end matches up to what. e.g.
while true do
for i = 1, 10 do
if 1 == (2-1) then
wait(1)
print("This is such a pointless script...")
end
end
end
If I put my cursor on the first line, the last end lights up. If I move it to the second, the second end lights up, etc...
Just... has anyone at ROBLOX used Eclipse? Just basically do that. |
