I have been having Roblox client frequently freezes in Windows 10 while I am playing a game anywhere after 10 to 15 minutes into game-play. I have tried reinstalling the game client but no luck. The laptop is newly purchased just 2 days ago and I have not install anything else beside OpenOffice and Roblox client. Is there anyway to fix the freeze problem in Windows 10? I have also tried to use compatibility mode but still not work either...

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think it is practical for now... Just to add to my last post. It seems only the screen freeze as I can still hear my character walking and everything that is happening in the game while the screen freezes...

"get a mac" Stupidest response ever. One. ROBLOX is actually much better with Windows. Two, OP doesn't have one. Buying something to just solve a problem won't help. Looks like a graphics problem. Drivers maybe.

The new laptop have 2GB ram, it should be more than enough even for roblox games with large map I assume?... My graphic card is nVidia GeForce 940MX... Also, I just noticed something, this only happened if I used the browser plugins to launch the game. If I use the version downloaded from Windows Store, the game plays fine for hours without freezing.. I guess it is something in Windows 10 and the browser plugins having some sort of conflict...

I dont think its a spec problem because my laptop has 12 gb of ram and runs the normal WEB version of roblox fine but the windows 10 version is the problem. Have you tried using the web version instead?

its the W10 client, try installing the regular web client. Also what laptop has 2gb of ram and a 940MX? Thats a weird combo. Sure you dont mean 2gb of Vram not system ram? Even if it was only 2gb of system ram thats fine for roblox. I would just suggest upgrading it.
