Well I like Minnesota Lynx because there lots on Lynx in minnesota but WHAT THE HECK FOR THE OTHERS.... mercury?? the planet?? AND why would you name it after a freaking fever... does that mean the state of indiana is a fever... |

Utah Jazz - Founded as the New Orleans Jazz (Named after the big 'Jazz rush' in New Orleans) then relocated to Utah. I dont see how this is a bad name, New Orleans Pelicans is much worse IMO |

this is a great name

both great names. they're tied to their region's historical identity. how is that bad?

again, both great names. especially the Twins. they made sure that their baseball team would be supported by both of the Twin Cities, hence the name

we already know the team in Texas, why reiterate it. it's not a great name (i understand you're a Texans fan so i know why you think otherwise).
Blue Jackets are not a good team name, regardless of history. Maple Leafs is another dumb name. AND THEY INCORRECTLY SPELLED IT "LEAFS".
i just don't like the Twins name. i understand the history. and really? Philadelphia Phillies... so original (just like the Houston Texans)
