(a) Upon passage of this resolution, nominees for any position requiring the consent of the Senate must be voted on in a congressional session in-game and only in such a form. Forum votes will no longer be an applicable way for the Senate to vote on a nominee.
(b) From this point forward, the Senate will no longer recognize the method of "unanimous consent" and will go back to it's old way of motions, once a majority that are present at a session are in concurrence with the motion presented, the motion will pass and the contents therein will be followed through fully. (only applies in-game, does not affect out-of-game motions)
(c) Any Senator may present a motion and only Senators present may present motions. (only applies in-game, does not affect out-of-game motions)
(d) This resolution may not be overturned unless it is on a forum vote explicitly conveying the means to repeal and/or amend this resolution and publicly shouted in the Congress group with a majority in concurrence.
