How it would work: Users would upload a .dds and maybe a .d3d file to ROBLOX along with parameters with its default physics variables (so if its a metal-like texture, you don't want it to act like plastic when physics is applied.) ROBLOX would review it, then approve it. Then players can either use user textures or standard textures, And since everyone who uses the website agreed to the TOS, ROBLOX can take your texture and make it official :)
