Dear Sergeants of SCSO,
It has come to my attention that on the trello board, you keeping track of your units activity with the label has not been done well. Thus why I am writing this forum to help you understand what you will now be doing for your units activity labels on trello:
IF A DEPUTY IS INACTIVE/ACTIVE:
ACTIVE: Sends patrol log every 1-2 days, exceptionally 3 is consistent. Green label
SEMI INACTIVE: Sends patrol logs every 4-5 days, not consistent. Yellow label
INACTIVE: No patrol logs for over 6 days. Red label
If a Deputy patrols after being marked inactive, you MAY NOT mark him as active, you change his label to semi-inactive. If a Deputy patrols when marked semi-inactive, you may change his label to active.
This applies to all Deputy's unless given a reason for not patrolling (Ex. cannot patrol during week due to school)
This will go into immediate affect.
