@Praelance If a thread had enough replies, views and support it'd obviously be brought to their attention. If you think it's a good idea I'd appreciate that you'd show your support because it easily could be read by admins since we have a lot of forum moderators and admins.
@Unteralterbach What about the people that aren't that way that could actually get their hands on some of these groups? |

The only actual way to get a suggestion through is RBXDev or knowing the admins personally, or maybe IRC, but no, they never do read S&I.
There's a reason the "keep talking, we're listening" post is 4 years old and even in 2012 the admins didn't check it.

@Praelance I wouldn't either because it's really nothing but wnts 24/7. Regardless, they're still extremely active on ######## twitch, ######## ######### etc. It's still easy to bright it to their attention. |

@Parabolt I never said you were complaining. I admit, I primary Let's Make a Deal over C&G but I'm involved in C&G because I own AK's Studio, Rainbow Vice, Prime Sovereignty, Genesis Studio, The Chaos Imperium Army Corps, and -(Shadow Bloxxers)-
My primary focus is assisting the ROBLOX community into becoming a better place,
that's why I'm on lmad giving my advice on trades, telling who's trustworthy and who's probably not, telling everyone values and demand of specific items, etc. |

Praelance, you've gotta admit that it's an extremely good idea and I'm giving you a extremely valid and strong argument. Show your support and you'll see proof that mods/admins do check S&I / do highly consider suggestions.
They'll probably prioritize my suggestion because I've crunched numbers together and showed them it'd be more profitable for them. |

Honestly there's no reason to let them be claimed, it won't do anything for anyone.
A dead group with 1,000 members abandoned 5 years ago would still be a dead group with 1,000 members abandoned 5 years ago.

@Praelance Someone would have the opertunity to do something successful with it, it'd be one more person active in our community. Letting them be claimed would give us more opportunities, giving these groups a second chance.

If you think this would do anything look at groups which weren't even abandoned but the owners gave up on. Like Frigid. Nothing happens.
There is no benefit to it, it's the exact same as creating a new group.
