Jimi Hendrix: Overrated or underappreciated?

Personally I think he is super overrated. Best of all time my ###. Compared to today's guitarists he's average. His voice was also very subpar. Was he innovative? Yeah sure. Does that make him the best in any category? No.

Certainly not underrated since a lot of people know of him and his music. But like what above said , he's not really overrated either.
