Why does the always happen to me ?

I always lose connection during a game after about 10 minutes. No matter what, I always do. I don't understand why. I have a brand new Dell Studio laptop. So that shouldn't trouble anything.

That always happens to me to and I run Windows Vista on a Gateway Laptop. Once I uninstalled roblox and installed it again I wouldnt get disconnected. Try that, that may work. The computer brand matters too. Hmmm, Dell Studio Laptop? I think I have one and it works perfectly after I reinstall roblox. Try that.

Ummm... computer doesn't matter in connection, well, may be, beacuse there's something broken in parts that "catch" connection, but this problem happens very rarely. However I prefer asking your parents to call internet operators and ask if they're doing something. Your ROBLOX version can be old too. Try reinstalling it (Your version can doesn't match to every another server). Try pushing these connection cables stronger into computer, these may be plugged weak.

Okay, Well I do have problems with my interent, so that's probably it. It tends to go off and on, and I have contacted them before, but they don't like to do anything. Very appreciative. I will trying re-installing Roblox. Thanks!

I think it's jut Roblox's connection to all the games. It's happening all the time these days.

its maybe your interent or someones using other computer try and update your computer more

True. And @Snoopy My Computer is always up to date, and if there are other ones they aren't interfering with my connection.

Connection is normaly lost because the game server ran out of time and shut down (happens after so much time of a running server)

Well then I must appear in one of those servers all the time. Because i uninstalled Roblox like people said and it didn't work.

Sometimes servers lag so much it shuts the server down and it tells everyone they lost connection rather then shutdown

Ok if reinstalling didnt work try looking at your Modem for problems. Make sure you have good signal. Is your modem wireless. Are you running off Wi-Fi. Or are you running off a At&t Wireless or Verizon WIreless Adapter that connects into your computer. The At&t and Verizon Wirless Adapter will make you lose connection quickely after you join a game. A regular modem, make sure the signal is ok also. Wi-Fi makes you disconnect from the internet every 10-15 min for a diagnosis of any problems. If your modem is wireless it does the same thing as Wi-Fi.

I have the same problem and i have found that the test site dosn't give you that problem. All i can do is wait for them to update roblox.

I get what you mean! My cousin and I play my Survival game but after a little while when we gathered our food and wood for shelter it shuts down!

The Roblox connections have been derpy lately. Maybe it's because of lag, or the server refusing to handle a full game, and then it shuts down. But I may never know what the bug is. We'll just have to be patient and wait until Roblox can incounter this problem.

I have the same problem. I have been looking through other forums and heard that roblox don't have enough money to run servers so they just kick you so you cant play roblox again. Try re installing, maybe it will work, i have tried but has not worked. my connection was working in 2015, when i moved in 2016 and hooked my computer to the internet, roblox stopped working. Its weird and i get frustrated. 93% of the time i can play. If anyone has a solution please tell mee!!

I tried that but I still kept losing connection. My Wi-Fi at my house works perfectly fine! I really want this fixed... I never get to have fun cause I'm always losing connection!! Please reply and help!
