Opt in/out of Twitch notification messages.

I hate these orange banners with those Twitch announcements. I ignore these message (obviously I never watch Twitch tho). A setting in the Settings menu showing a checkbox with "Show Twitch notification banners when live".

support but i use u-block to hide that annoying banner anyways
