hillary will win even despite re-opening of case
no charges (probably, excluding minor)
basically 4 more years of obama i doubt a re-election will occur considering this is one of the most controversial years of election history with discontent with both candidates being so high |

Literally nothing of consequence changes because people vastly overestimate the powers of a president with an uncooperative congress |

if hillary wins:
- the west will continue to fall but at an exponential rate
- rights in general will continue to be eroded
- our economy will become USSR-tier
- many more assassinations
- civil war
- WWIII: nuclear winter edition
*or maybe none of this will happen because right after she gets put in the whitehouse she's impeached for treason and/or dies from whatever diseases she has and/or is placed in prison and/or gets put on the chopping block (although the latter two are much less likely)
if trump wins:
- overton window will continue to shift to the right
- a big beautiful wall occupied by Trump Deportation Services™ will be constructed at the mexican border
- mass liberal butthurt resulting in self-deportation of nu-males, celebrities, lesbians, etc.
- crime down, economy up (i have to be honest i'm actually not sure about trump's idea of an economy but we'll see)
- canada will (finally) be annexed for being massive cucks
- europeans will continue to take their nations back with the full support of the US
- memes will become real and a noticable section of the population will worship a certain frog |

altair is pretty much 100% correct
also even if trump won a lot of gop officials kinda hate him so there wont even be a large amount of cooperation there
his policies arent that solid and he will probably just be manipulated tbh |

not if trump takes a page from obama and abuses executive orders |

Trump is elected: Wall is finally agreed to be built a year into his presidency with the mexican government with some hostilities concerning the mexican government, North Korea government surrenders and forcefully agrees to switch into a democratic government after a series of bombardment from the united states while in the process Kim jong un threatened to nuke South Korea and Japan, some hostilities with china but no where near enough for a nuclear war while numbers of american companies reestablish back in the united states, Obamacare is removed, debt will move like a roller coaster, NAF TA policies altered but not completely removed, low hostilities from russia but some manipulation
Hillary is elected: 2nd cold war likely to be short, some flexible military responses but no nuclear war throughout the 4 years, good relations with china, North Korea still remains as it's current government still with a buildup or increase of nuclear potential, Obamacare is removed, debt will very slowly increase, 4 more years of Obama's policies in effect, good relations with some middle eastern countries |

"not if trump takes a page from obama and abuses executive orders"
Pretty much all of my civics-related classes kind of skimmed on Executive Orders, but can't they be overridden? |

hillary clinton is elected president
director of the fbi resigns in disgrace after being pressured by agents everywhere
new director is more conservative and, after "finding new evidence," reopens the investigation against clinton
by now it's january, shortly after clinton has been inaugurated
soon after the investigation is reopened, congress is briefed and a committee is selected to decide whether or not charges should be pressed
clinton is impeached and removed from office for whatever the fbi's investigation is covering
tim kaine takes office
things go moderately decently until 2020 when kanye west is elected president and saves the united states of MURICA

I've heard that the next president will be able to select a favorable supreme court justice, and that that would be pretty impactful |

i suppose they could, but it's a mess for congress to battle the president over them |

thanks to checks and balances, most things if not every thing in the government can be overridden, but that doesn't guarantee that the check vote will pass
and by check vote, i mean things like veto overrides and whatnot
