Hello, I'm ElectrixRap, also known as Rapinox! In this forum I will be explaining to you about the Vella Resort and Spa Hotel Fair! What the fair will include: - A bar serving ice cream, and drinks - A huge swimming pool - A jacuzzi - Booths that showcase Vella and other groups. The booths can be submitted. More info about the booths soon. - Dance floor and music - Delicious food - Games and rides - Huge trampoline that jumps you extremely high - Stage and seats - There MAYBE an Airshow - Items being added in V3 MAYBE will be shown. - An airshow BOOTH TEMPLATE: https://www.roblox.com/library/538309537/Booth-Template-Vella-Resorts-and-Spa-Hotel-Fair MAKE SURE TO READ THE "BOOTHS" SECTION TO SUBMIT A BOOTH When will this fair be? The day is still being decided, but it will be most likely on November 19th, 2016 at 7PM EST, 6PM CST, and 4PM PST or on December 3rd, 2016 at 7PM EST, 6PM CST, and 4PM PST. How the fair is planned out in order: 1. Introduction to the event at the stage 2. Everyone is released to look around the fair, the booths, go get drinks, play games and rides, swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi, dance, etc. They may also take pictures as there is a picture area they can go too. 3. After a while of playing with rides and games and having fun, they are sent back to the stage to vote which booth is most convincing with the best design, and award HR's who have done so much for Vella 4. The fun airshow begins! 5. After the airshow, we go back to the stage to conclude the event ------- BOOTHS -------- What are the booths about? A booth can be made to showcase another hotel, another group OTHER then a hotel, a showcase of Vella, showcase a staff member who has done so much for Vella, and much more. Can anyone including hotel guests make a booth and submit it? Yes, of course! Anyone, no matter if you're a guest or HR, can submit and make a booth for the fair to advertise and showcase another hotel, group, person, or Vella, etc. Does the booth only have to be about a hotel group? No, it does not. It can be ANY TYPE of group, not just a hotel. How to submit a booth: 1) Get the booth template to make your booth. You can add windows around it, and design it however you want. That's all the steps. :) Please make sure to submit booths at least one week earlier then the event. The event dates that are planned may change, but if that happens, we will give you a much further notice about the date change. -------------------- We hope to see you at this major Vella Resorts and Spa event.
