put a limit on jumping in shooting games

it is really annoying to see someone jumping just to avoid your bullets, and it is also hard to shoot and jump. so my idea is to make the jumps cost a portion of your health and maybe 20 continuously jumps max. which means if you jumped 21 times, you die and respawn, I think this will make shooting games more exciting
