[Section 1] The LVCC Discord server will be made public. [Section 2] Only Councilors, The Mayor, The Deputy Mayor, Paul and any other developers are the only ones who have access to talk in all Text channels and voice channels although anyone can view what they are saying. The people have the right to know what we are talking about and LVCC members should know the server they are in is a government server and not some personal chat room. Anyone who Nays this bill is 1. Does not want anyone in the chat to see how they actually act as the people's representative. 2. Believes the people have 0 right to know what LVCC councilors do behind close doors.

I believe making a public discord like a LV Community discord (which I made before it just didnt go well), would be useful. BUT, in the LVCC discord we sometimes talk about CONFIDENTIAL UPDATES to Las Vegas. Confidential = private. Nay.

Amendment to the act: A confidential Discord will also be added were Councilors can talk about confidential issues. This will strictly be used for its purpose.
