There is no skipping ranks. For example, that means that to reach E5 you must first reach E4. All requirements must be met in order to be promoted unless the requirements explicitly say “OR”.

E1├ Join the faction.
E2├ Do well during an event OR achieve -5,000 Bounty
E3├ Do well during an event OR achieve -10,000 Bounty
E4├ Do well during an event.
E5├ Do greatly during an event, achieve -15,000 Bounty
E6├ Do greatly during an event, achieve -20,000 Bounty
NCO├ Be noticed by an O2+ for showing great activity / devotion to the faction, as well as potential leadership skills.

O1├ Be noticed by an O3+ for showing and applying leadership skills, help during events.
O2├ Be noticed by an O4+ for frequently showing and applying leadership skills, co-host events, achieve -25,000 Bounty.
O3├ Be noticed by a [C]+ for constant loyalty and displaying leadership abilities, host successful events.
O4├ Be noticed by a [C]+ for constant loyalty and leadership abilities, actively host events, achieve -30,000 Bounty.
O5├ Be noticed by a [C]+ for extreme loyalty, activity, leadership skills, and actively promote the faction and its events.
