Non BC Members may make clothes

Self explanatory but I will explain, You need BC to make shirts In order to make robux without BC you sell stuff It costs money to buy BC to sell stuff (except game passes and other things) So if the community of roblox would like to make robux, They have to have BC. I do not agree with not being able to make shirts without BC.

Scriptable. ROBLOX would lose money. BC is their main money-maker, aside from buying plain 'ol ROBUX.
