Welcome to Hawken Studios! Here is the official guide to moving up the Jobs list and get more job opportunities.

Supporter: This job(rank) is the most basic, you simply join the group.
Investor: This rank is for members that don't make games but contribute. Example of this would be Making and donating models, or buying donation items.
Merchandise Department: This job are for the members in charge of selling Clothes and coming up with Developer Products ideas. To get this rank you must give at least 3 merchandise items to the 'Higher Ups'.
Developers: Simple Job, Developers are the "Game Creators". To get this job you must send a link to your game to a Lead Developer or the Owner and if they approve you become a Developer.(The process and take up to a week depending on amount of submissions)
Creative Team: One of the higher jobs, the creative team are the "Brains" of the developers. To get this job you must be a 'Developer' or 'Lead Developer' and submit a list of ideas the "Higher Ups" Approve of.
Lead Developer: The head of a game project this are the "Top Notch Developers" To get this job its similar to the 'Developer' system But a bit more "complicated".

The "Higher Up(s)" Class
Moderators: This is the basic job of the "Higher Ups" class. While some power these members only demote members, Censorship, Get rid of rude members showing hate towards other members. To get this job, you got to be noticed by administrators who will then hand pick members every couple months to be a Moderator.
Administrators: This are the most powerful of the "Higher Ups" besides the owner. These members of this job have certain privileges the owner does not have. Administrators are in charge of moderators and the group along side the owner. To get this job "Outstanding Moderators" are hand picked by the Owner whenever.
Owner: The lead of the group the owner is the "Alpha" the "Man in Charge". While having most power the owner does not have all privileges that the other 'Higher Ups'. To get this job you have to be picked by the owner when he "Resigns" or gets "Exiled".
