1] it depends completely on the hospital, some units are really loud, some are really mellow. Mine was very loud because the hospital I was in didn't have a unit for depression or mood disorders so I was thrown in with delinquents. 2] they probably will take your phone, and your shoelaces and any clothes with strings on them, basically anything you can #### ######## with is gone. Bring slides/sandals if you have them because it's hard to walk around in shoes with no laces. Some hospitals don't take electronics though so maybe not. 3] it's cold. really cold. at least the hospital I was just in, hospitals tends to be cold, so bring warm clothes. 4] it depends if you're being sectioned or not, if you're sectioned you have to stay for 72 hours if you're voluntary you can leave at any time against medical advice. 5] it's gonna be overnight |
