In the sheer depths of this community, you can never trust a disloyal soul.
It wasn't too long ago where CAT smelled easy victory. We've constantly stressed and pushed ourselves for the betterment of this clan, to see victory again. It was a year ago where we were put to the test against one of the clan community strongest faction. Many believed we would be finished quickly, we had no hope of surviving, we had no hope of even touching victory, and they were wrong. The Combat Assault Team has maneuvered itself to being a clan shadowed from the community, to a clan that will prove it's dominance one victory at a time.

This act of war has started when an Ex-Officer of CAT betrayed our team, and left us for a different faction. It started when treason was committed, and this Ex-Officer has sabotaged our form of communication, shortening our way to reach one another. In the event of this happening, the Imperator of The Imperial Insurgence, MarshalSZK4, have confirmed to tolerate the actions against our clan, and is prepared to defend all actions done.

✦ We will conduct an official summit for the Proposed War Term's to make this war official. Both parties must have there representative present for the summit, and there side of proposed agreements. An official thread will be posted after everything is agreed upon.
✦ In light of an official summit being present, we will be hosting the summit at CAT: Bunker Headquarters. As we will prepare the summit with no issues of distraction.
We ask The Imperial Insurgence to have there stance ready on each topic:
➣ Base Updates & Fairness
➣ Allies
➣ Battle of the Elite's
➣ Amount of Offensive Victories
➣ Violation of War Terms
➣ Usage of Admin
➣ War Communication
➣ Draw's
➣ Other suggested terms..
Please have those topics prepared for the War Summit. As we hope to keep this summit finished in a timely manner, and have the war started at a convenient time for both groups.
We ask that both clans refrain from raiding each other until the commencement of this war, as it won't interfere with official raid wins, and there isn't a future dispute between valid wins within the war.
