A Bill to Prevent Bribery within the Government
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF GLENFIELD CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A government official shall not have the authority to attempt or bribe a citizen of Glenfield in the State of Glenfield.
SECTION 2A: The term “bribe” will be defined as: “persuade (someone) to act in one's favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement.”
SECTION 2B: Citizens of Glenfield include anyone in State of Glenfield who contains a rank of Middle Class Citizen or above.
SECTION 2C: Government officials include anyone who is a Court Justice or above in the State of Glenfield.
SECTION 2D: Acts of bribery include, but not limited to: asking for money in return to vote on a confirmation, asking for money in return to vote on a legislation, etc.
SECTION 3: The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and Chief Court Justice will enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation will be effective immediately upon passage
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
