Besides. I like the roblox studio. I enjoy all the mathematics that go into positioning the parts and making sure everything is angled right.
Still mastering curves tho even plug in fail a bit |

If they aren't allowed to buy robux then they are too young to be able to comprehend building something worth printing.
And I don't think 9 year olds have access to 3D printers so forget them.
I'm triggered. |

I'm only 16 and my parents don't care where I go or what I but? "LOL
I was 14 and buying $50 of iTunes every week from gambling in class.

But got good grades so they don't care what I do in my personal life. |

You're making me feel old.
I'm not 18 either I'm just saying you don't really get opportunities in this world until 13-14 that's when you can come up with computers or stuff.
And if you're 13-15 and have parental blocking ifk bro
I was raised with a loving family but hands off approach. I'm hardly home most days I'm out and I don't even come home some nights.
Not doing anything bad I just get busy. So I'm sorry if I don't understand not being able to get something. |

Bump lol I'll be doing this for years |

All you have to do is convert the model to an obj file which roblox does for you anyways.

1. Convert model to a .obj file.
2. Move it to a 3D printing program.
3. Print. |

if you own a 3d printer and you don't know how to export a roblox model into an .obj file then i don't know what you're doing with a 3d printer
|
|

I simply don't want to. Just make it accessible with the studio. |

Reported for spamming, this is already a feature.
"2 Much work" , what exactly do you expect can make it easier?
Export model, drag & drop OBJ file into a USB key or SD card, throw in 3D Printer.
Most 3D printers will require you to convert to STL, then use a software that comes with it, to convert to X3G / GCode or something.
TL;DR
THIS IS ALREADY A FEATURE.
Source : i own a 3D printer. My first ever print was a roblox union. |
|

Just convert into o pbj and do some other stuff |

Roblox cannot directly create a 3D Printer ready file, because there are thousands of different 3D printers out there, you MUST convert your Obj/STL file via software recommended by the printer's owner manual you have.
It generally comes on the USB/SD that comes for free with most printers.
Its not just a file , you see it has alot of information to tell the printer what filament
size to use, what speed, what temperature the nozzle should be, etc.
Theres dozens of parameters and roblox doesnt have time to add support for every single printers out there, just for your little wants and needs to "Make it easier"
The only people who own 3D Printers are mostly those who know how to use them.
They are still early, its for tech-savvy people.
Print a PNG of your character on a paper sheet, forget 3D printers. |
