This is important for ALL eradicators. Promotions are NOT mandatory. This means trainers can just skip the whole promotion progress if they so choose. No one is tied down to be promoted, so you have to be really special to get one. Eradicators are the elite, not some child's play. If members have issues with not being promoted for days, weeks or even months on end, they are not fit to be an elite. If a trainer DOES promote someone, however, they need to report it with the 1IC or 2IC, so that they can decide if the promotion is fair or not. If someone is promoted and it is not seen as worthy, they can be demoted again. On the flip side, however, there is the chance members may get surprise promoted without any notice. It is all determined by reports, knowledge, activity, skill, progress and other factors. DO NOT complain to the 1IC or 2IC about someone getting promoted and you don't, because if that person got promoted we agreed with it. If you think you deserve a promotion, message me (Lucas), I will personally test you to see if you're worthy of a promotion. If you do this multiple times in a small ammount of time, you will only earn a demotion.
