Senate -
VPOTUS should plan to host elections as soon as a seat is open, so we can have a working Senator as soon as possible.
VPOTUS should plan to let arguments go on for as long as it is on track, and as long as their isn't any foul language, harassment, or such.
Last of all, the VPOTUS should plan to work with the House. Just because we have 2 different names, and other types of things, like seats, and Speaker of the House, not President Pro Tempore, we are all still Congress. 1 Congress working to make the citizens of the U.S happy. These are some goals.
My VPOTUS will do this so I can make citizens of the U.S happy, and that we are giving the President bills to sign. My VPOTUS should plan to host the meetings 2-3 times per week, so 1. If you miss one, and have a bill you really want to present, another meeting will do well. 2. Get as many bills passed in 1 week as possible. The faster we can pass bills, the better. That means, bills can be made into laws much faster by holding more than 1 meeting. Planning to host elections when a seat is open. The VPOTUS can and will do this, so we have a Senator working with us on bills. If we have a seat open, then it is one less Senator passing bills, and one less happy citizen. Having our seats full makes us look more professional, and we can get our jobs done faster with the seats full. Planning to let arguments on bills go on as long as needed. This may sound bad. Well it is not. What I am stating is I will let the Senators give statements, and ask questions on bills. They can try and persuade others why you should like the bill, or why not. Arguments that don't go into harassment, foul language, or threats don't harm anyone, and will make views on the bill better. Working with the House. As we all know, the house is pretty inactive. No offense. If I am elected, My VPOTUS should work with the Speaker of the House and host a few joint sessions. We can work together as 1 congress if I am elected.
VPOTUS will find Senators most open times, and then schedule it there. The more free time you have. the easier it is to find times. Even though this may be hard, I believe that I can do it.
VPOTUS will shout "Senate Elections. PM me to run." Then it matters on the opening of seats. Say 3 seats are open. The top 3 with the most votes win. If their are many seats, I will make a limit like 5 votes to get in. Then, we can fill the seats.
VPOTUS will let people take the floor, and they will not be interrupted. They will give their statement, or ask their question, and as many Senators that want to do that can, as long as we keep it clean.
VPOTUS will ask the SoTH times he and the House are open, and together can schedule a good time for a Joint Session. We can then go on with the meeting, and such.
Department of Justice - I do plan on speaking with the Attorney General and Chief Justice about SCJ nominations. One of my main priorities is advance the Department of Justice, which will allow for citizens to sue other citizens, and to bring criminals to justice. This means that we will need people to sign up to become Federal Prosecutors, Defense attorneys, Federal Judges, and we will also need a Supreme Court, as well as an Attorney General and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. For a long time now, people have been unable to bring criminals to justice, after being abused, or falsely arrested. I plan to make sure that the LVPD hosts more strict trainings! Get our officers disciplined and trained for the real world! I want to prepare for our officers and cadets a future in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice or any field they choose to go to. I will make sure other HRs are active so you always get a training per day! I will also be active in the city to supervise and teach officers and recruits on the field!
I will make sure that the LVPD allows more chances to let low-ranks lead a small team to teach leadership! Do LR and Cadet trainings only to teach them one on one! They should be teaching real-world skills and giving everyone a great chance at a great career in any field. I host 1 training every 2 days so don't worry about not getting a training! Experience is key
Activating the Department of Justice will guarantee that any and all corrupt agents will be brought to justice, because it removes the possibility for an agency’s director to be corrupt and not give any consequences for abuse
Department of Defense - A major department we need to advance in this USA is the Department of Defense. Many citizens do not want to be in cities most of the time, and would like a military experience. I would love to provide that military experience for citizens by by creating our very own United States Military, and many of its branches including Navy, Air Force, and Ground Forces.
Department of Homeland Security - This department will also be advanced, which will mean that many agencies that fall under HLS will be reactivated, offering many new job opportunities for citizens who want to be on the good side of the law. Some of my plans involve a reform of inactive agents, to allow new members chance to get into HLS, if you are active, you are safe from the reform.
A better tryout/training place is in order, something relating to HLS, jumping poles, hugging trees, jumping up and down buildings aren't really skills needed for HLS. I'll make sure that the SECHLS also hold weekly meetings with the other HRs, and a monthly meeting with the group, to see where we're at with skills, if anyone have reports needed to be shared, or any suggestions/concerns about the group.
Department of Commerce - The Department of Commerce will be advanced, and will take control of private stores for cities in future. This means that there will be a chance for people to own their own shops for cities in future, and they will have the ability to run them and provide goods and services for money.
Department of Transportation - We will need to advance our very own transportation system. This means hiring more drivers our very own Department of Transportation, and hiring drivers for buses and taxis, to help visitors and citizens to explore the city. The DoT will have applications for people who wish to join it, and a brief driving test. No more of that time wasting walking... |
