MUST have screenshot or recording proof of the each victory. 3. No allies or other groups besides the 4 listed above are to be used during raids and defenses. 4. Glitching will depend on each individual fort's rules. If a fort allows glitching, then it is allowed, if not, then it is prohibited. If it is not mentioned, then once again, it is allowed. This includes wall flings, SJing (Super/Sword jumping), corner glitching, AND fly glitching. 5. Speed hats will depend on each individual fort's rules. If a fort allows glitching, then it is allowed, if not, then it is prohibited. If it is not mentioned, then once again, it is allowed. IF they are PROHIBITED....those wearing speed hats will be warned to remove the hat from their avatar, then kicked/banned if the request does not get met. Examples: Wings, tails, etc 6. Flaming will NOT be allowed. This will mainly be enforced in the case of threats or nonstop insults and issues occurring during raids. It's nearly impossible to prevent and enforce everything that could be considered flame. 7. No spamming. Spam will consist of 1 message being repeated over and over in chat or multiple pointless messages or letter spams that affect the chat system or cause a disturbance. 8. ALL groups MUST set their fort server size to 35. Multi-Server raiding is allowed, only 2 servers max. For the second server to be official, there must be 15 raiders to be able to raid the second server. 8A. SERVER HOPPING IS NOT ALLOWED. This means if you flood into one server, you can’t immediately fill it and create a second server and flood to it. You MUST have 1 full server, and the 15 required for a second server to be official BEFORE you hop to the second server. 8B. You are NOT allowed to raid a group's fort that is currently raiding one of your own forts. However, you CAN have one group raid one, and the other raid the other at the SAME time. >>Example: SN Raids TE at the same time BHB raids Royal Blood. This will be allowed. However, you have to be on either offense or defense. >>Example: Team Elmo and Royal Blood have to be defending at the SAME time, rather it be Royal Blood's and Team Elmo's forts, they are still defending. You CANNOT have SN raiding TE and Royal Blood raiding BHB. You must be either on offense OR defense. 9. MUST have opposing side's leaders’ approval BEFORE making any updates to forts after the war has begun. 10. MUST warn opposing side's High Ranks or leaders at least 10 minutes before raiding. ALL High Ranks MUST have messaging AND game following on for EVERYONE to make sure they can be contacted. All listed high ranks MUST have admin AND permission to accept and host raids and defenses. 11. There will be a 45 minute cool-down in between raids. This means, once 45 minutes has passed since the previous raid, you can notify an enemy high rank you will be raiding in 10 minutes or more. This basically ensures a 55#m####e cease fire. 12. Counter-raiding is allowed. This means if you defended, you can raid right after your enemy WITHOUT waiting on the 45 minute cool-down. After the 2nd consecutive raid, the cool-down MUST be implemented and there will be the 45 minute period BEFORE a raid warning occurs. You CANNOT counter-raid a voided raid. However, it was agreed that if a raid gets voided at the 1000 mark, that group is awarded the win. If a raid is voided, the 45 minute cool-down will be implemented. 13. AA can result in an auto-win, depending on the circumstances. 14.Exploits and DDoSing will result in a voided raid. 15. Lag-switching is NOT allowed. If an individual is caught lag-switching, they will be removed permanently from the current raid and possibly the rest of the war depending on the situation. 16. Both groups can only raid and defend between 5:00 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST on Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM EST - 11 PM EST on Friday, 1:00 PM EST - 11 PM EST on Saturday, and 1:00 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST on Sunday. This means the raid MUST be started within this time period. 17. Group-only scripts MUST be implemented in the both forts in order to ensure ONLY members in the clans listed above can participate. Skill Nation can provide the group-only scripts to the other clans if needed. 18. Skill Nation will provide the groups listed above with a script that will reset the terrain of the fort or fix the map IF an exploiter joins and "btools" are distributed. 19. Fort rules must be followed.
