LUSA is based on the United States of America's constitution and laws, though some of the laws and systems here overlap those of the one in real, such laws and systems are listed below.
[1] No one is allowed to be placed in federal prison without a court case. The only exception to this rule is if the account is an “alt”
Alts are defined as accounts that are new (have been created in the past ten days), have been barely used, and join the USA group without coming onto D.C.
On request, these alts are to have their rank changed from federal prison to united states citizen.
[2] Common crimes; defined as the crimes of murder, mass murder, GTA, bank robbery, and reckless driving, assassination, etc. that are handled with an arrest cannot be taken to court unless the perpetrator is a government or law enforcement worker or official.
The defendant in a court case has the right to a jury and are to be informed of this right. If they so choose to have a jury, the jury will consist of 5 people and their verdict will be decided by a majority vote
[3] Harassment is defined as the act of repeatedly doing something unwanted or annoying directed towards an individual or a group of individuals.
The civil and criminal definition of a threat is a statement in which the perpetrator directly states that they are going to kill or attack an individual.
[4] The Internal Affairs Bureau is controlled by the founder of LUSA, the executive and legislative branch have no influence over the IAB. IAB leadership is entirely up to the founder, though the Justice Administration may impose exile or suspension if a member is found guilty in a court case.

[6] In a criminal court case, the prosecutor must prove the defendant committed the crime, however the defendant does not have to prove he did not commit the crime.
[7] Secret Service agents at the rank of “special agent in charge,” the White House Staff Press Secretary rank and above, the president, vice president, and members of the presidential cabinet may allow in people to the white house provided they have no cause to believe that they will commit a crime, cause issues regarding the security of the white house, or otherwise endanger the occupants of the white house.
[8] The presidential term lasts two months, you cannot be in office for more than two terms.
If the president gets impeached, the person to take his position does not have the term counted for future elections.
The senate consists of 3 members, and the house of representatives consists of 6.
Senate Elections - During Senate elections, there will be any amount of candidates running at a given time. Citizens can vote for 3 of these candidates, but may only vote for the same candidate once. You must receive 10 votes to become a senator. If more than 3 people receive 10 votes, the top 3 at the end of the voting period will be made Senator.
House of Representatives Elections - During elections, there will be any amount of candidates running at a given time. Citizens can vote for 6 of these candidates, but may only vote for the same candidate once. You must receive 10 votes to become a representative. If more than 6 people receive 10 votes, the top 6 at the end of the voting period will be made Senator.
[9] If a majority of senators agrees to a vote of no confidence, the president will be tried by the people. If 40 members of the United States agree commit to a vote of no confidence, the president is kicked out of office and is to be replaced with the vice president.
[10] Freedom of Information requests regarding audit logs are to always be granted and executed within a reasonable amount of time.
[11] ICERs and SHIELD motor bikes are not to be given to any agency other than the Internal Affairs Bureau (IAB) and the United States Cyber Command (USCC). The USCC and IAB are not able to arrest anyone of common crime unless the crime is committed by a government official or member of a law enforcement agency
[12] The founder is to recommend three judges to the justice administration. Before entering office, these judges must be voted on by the Supreme Court. These judges can be removed by a majority vote at any time by the Supreme Court |
