As you all know, ARC was reformed. Some were removed, and those that weren't were demoted to trainee. My reason for this, is that I am designing an intensive program made to test your abilities, and grow them. I wish to raise the standards of ARC. Not only will this focus on gun fighting, but it will test and improve your , tactics, etc. This program will consist of 3 tiers in which different abilities will be tested and improved:
Tier 1: Discipline.
This tier tests your discipline, obviously. In this tier, I will test your grammar, your knowledge of standard drills, etc.
Tier 2: Gunfighting skills
This tier tests various gunfighting skills, and increases them.
Tier 3: Gunfighting tactics.
This tier tests your ability to makes plans, and make battle strategies.
Passing all 3 tiers will mean you are promoted to ARC Trooper. Failing this will have you removed from the ARC Program all together.
I want us in ARC to be the best of the best in GRA, that's why I'm putting you through this. This will improve all of our skills, and turn us into a great division.
