://INTRODUCTION
Some of you may be familiar with AV-1, and if you are, you will notice that it has an extraordinary amount of potential. For quite some time now the current commander of AV-1, "Arcenist" has been lacking the essentials of leadership, which over time has led Arcenist to be incompetent for his position. This has triggered the high command along with the majority of it's members to take charge of what is going on by replacing it's current leader with a more competent one.

://WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN?
This will not be a hostile takeover, nobody will be getting exiled and we do not plan on eliminating the groups momentum by forcing it into a reform. The high command of AV-1 had discussed this topic and the conclusion we came to was to give the current leader a lower more suitable rank. The following list contains what AV-1's goals are and will also serve as our clan's personal to-do-list.
- Create a suitable lore.
- Patch any bugs or issues involving our newly developed tech.
- Speed up development on our recruitment center.
- Enhance our community (Create our own TS3)
- Implement a new more modern promotion system (Also add more ranks)

://CONCLUSION
As I stated earlier this is not going to be a hostile takeover, nor will it be a reform. Keep in mind AV-1 is only adapting to change, this clan has a very bright future. Do not take this the wrong way, AV-1 still has major respect for Arcenist's intention with the clan but we do not find him suitable for this position which is why we've made the decision to exchange leadership.

I tried to be mature and respectful about the situation but due to Arcenist's varies threats here is the honest truth; Arcenist was driving the group into the ground (Nobody can deny that) the high command took it upon themselves to fix the issues of the clan and the main issues just so happen to be it's leader. No, we did not "hack" him or anything like that when EvilPowerIsBack was given the group we made our final decision which was to strip Arcenist of leadership (not removing him from the clan he was still very much welcomed in the community) but these changes were completely necessary for the future success of the clan. |

You could do everything on that list with the same leader. The leader doesn't have to do everything and it doesn't take a genius to run a functional group.
