BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1:Pepper spray shall be deemed legal for all citizens to carry and use for self defense purposes and distributed for $400.
SECTION 2: Pepper spray shall be defined as: a can which uses air pressure to eject a force used to harm an attacker.
A. Self Defense shall be defined as: the action used by person(s) to keep danger from affecting them.
B. The store at which the item will be sold at shall be located in the District of Prominence To the South side of the Firestone Fan Apparel Store.
SECTION 3: The who will enforce this legislation is the distributing NCP.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect one [1] week after being passed.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
