When you go check your group you know if they are on or not but you don't know if there looking at that group.
This would be used by the owners of groups to see if there players are active in there groups.
Since there are three statuses it could be a Red Dot by the players profile picture, just like the green, blue and orange one.
You would only see it while you are on the same page.
