Sections: [1]: Navy Terms [2]: Faces and Drills [3]: Classroom/Testing [4]: Obstacle Course [5]: Team Deathmath [6]: Graduation [7]: Honor Graduate ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 1]: Navy Terms Before beginning any training procedures, make sure you inform the recruits of all of the following terms: 1. You must buy the correct formals and NWUs, and wear them properly. 2. Unless you cannot afford such uniform, you must log off with your NWUs on. 3. If caught in the act, you may be punished, if not already warned. [SAY]: “This is to insure a fine and professional branch.” 4. You must respect all superior officers along with your fellow enlisted. 5. Do not bully, threaten, or harass anybody, specifically in the group walls. 6. If caught mistreating any members wrong, a punishment will be given accordingly. [SAY]: “Do you agree to the terms listed above?” ** If they do not agree to the terms they will not be attending the RT, and you may kick them out of the server. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 2]: Faces and Drills After reading the terms, and if the recruit chooses to accept the terms, you will continue into the RTC. Begin by asking the recruits if they know their faces and drill in the Navy, if they do, continue standard procedure. If they do NOT then teach them drill and the basics of faces. Make sure you give the commands to a certain group of people, examples: [Individual, Right Face], [Element, Right Face], [Crew, Right Face.]. ** This also includes drill, example: [Element, Parade Rest]. [FACES]: Right Face Left Face About Face Half-Right Face Half-Left Face Attention [Drill] Parade Rest At Ease Rest Fall Out Fall In Present Arms Order Arms Double Time Forward March Halt ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 3]: Classroom/Testing After they complete their faces correctly, take them inside of the building and into the classroom. Here you will teach them ranks from E1-O10 and the insignias that go along with them. At the end you will take them to the squares inside of the building in order to test each individual, do this in a private manner. Each individual is to receive 5 questions and get a passing score of 3/5 if they fail to do so, allow them to go study for five extra minutes and a re-take must be given. ** Only one Re-take may be given, if they fail the re-take, continue the training. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 4]: Obstacle Course After they complete the education portion, march them to the obstacle course. [SAY] Here at the obstacle course it is rather more important to use teamwork to complete the task, than it is for an individual to succeed at a faster pace. During the entirety of the course, recruits should use teamwork and NEVER leave a man BEHIND. Failing to do so could result in Jumping Jacks. Although there is no set time for the cadets to complete the obstacle course, allow them a good 5-10 minutes to attempt it. ** Failure at the obstacle course should not be as heavily graded. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 5]: Team Deathmatch Gather the recruits after the obstacle course and team them to CT1 and CT2 make sure to team them wisely and put together even teams based on previous performance. ** If the recruit is alone, 1v1 him. If in a TDM with 4 or more players the game limit should be held at 20 KOs, otherwise with a 2 person match only hold the KOs to 10-15. ** There should not be any uneven teams during TDMs ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 6]: Graduation Finally after completing all portions of the training you will gather the recruits to the parade grounds. Most recruits should pass their first RTC, though if they misbehaved and lack standard skills you may fail the individual(s) RTC. ** Make recruits and spectators face the flag with silence and play the Star Spangled Banner. Star Spangled Banner ID: 142318508 ** They should be saluting, after the banner has finished make them order arms. Proceed to hand out promotions, one individual may be selected as the Honor Graduate to promotion to E3. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Section 7]: Honor Graduate The honor graduate is handpicked from the Commanding Drill Instructor. The graduate is the most talented, hardworking, intelligent, and most helpful recruit. ** The Honor Graduate is to wear the same uniform as everyone else. ** Honor Graduates sometimes may not be chosen ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
