Low Ranks (LRs):
Private- Not trained
The lowest and newest members of Allied Airborne. They have just joined the group and are probably unfamiliar how AA is like.
PFC - Basic soldier
Usually, by this rank, the member should have the uniform or at least an AA t-shirt. PFCs are still one of the lower ranks, but they have attended an event and has the general feel of the group.
Corporal - Basic Soldier
Beginning to show more activity within the group and shows some decent skill. To reach this rank, the member should've been active that an HR or two would recognize them in events. Corporals should now have the basic skills of a soldier (discipline, combat, respect) down and be preparing themselves to rise up the ranks.
Specialist - Basic Soldier
The last of the "basic soldier" label. A member who has reached the rank of specialist is now considered an average, if not an above average, soldier who has made his presence known to the group. The member is an active member that regularly comes to events and perform slightly better than the other LRs.
Sergeant - Moderate Soldier
The sergeant is the first rank of the "moderate solider" label and is expected to perform above his fellow LRs. As the member is getting closer to the MR rank, it is expected that the member excels in trainings and raids and begin to develop leadership skills. The member should be active enough that fellow LRs, MRs, and HRs should've seen the member's name at least once at an event. No members should be promoted to the Sergeant rank if they can not type proper grammar, or bunny hop. Discord is also mandatory for this rank and above.
Staff Sergeant - Moderate Soldier
The second "moderate soldier" ranking. Staff Sergeants should be showing developed leadership skills and intelligence in battle situations. If there is no higher command, Staff Sergeants should know how to take charge of small teams and command them. Staff Sergeants are expected to have higher levels of combat skill and discipline, while maintaining respect to all members. Activity, of course, is a definite requirement, as Staff Sergeants are very close to the MR rank.
Master Sergeant - Moderate Soldier
The last of the LR rank and the "moderate soldier" ranking. Master Sergeants are soldiers with exceptional leadership skills and can step up in the battlefield to take command of small group of squads. They should be able to communicate with their officers and know what to do if HICOM has no orders for them. Master Sergeants are required to be some of the very best that AA has to offer, and is expected to do well in trainings, raids, and defenses. A Master Sergeant can only be promoted by showing leadership in raids and defenses. They can not be promoted from a basic training.

Middle Ranks:
Sergeant Major - Potential Officer
The first rank of MR is the Sergeant Major rank. They are required to have proven leadership skills, be recognized and known by most HRs and MRs, and have all the necessary tools to become an officer (skills (bunny hopping is a necessity), communication, respect, discipline). They are only to be promoted by raids and defenses, unless they have permission from an HR to co-host a training. Even then, they must co-host exceptionally well and follow the basic guidelines to be considered for a promotion.
Warrant Officer - Potential Officer
The second rank of the MR rank. Warrant Officers are not quite experienced or proven in leadership, but does have some experience. Warrant Officers are highly recommended join a division if they haven't already to prove loyalty to the group and to gain sharpen their skills (AASF to sharpen their combat skills, AAMP for discipline, etc). Warrant Officers can only be promoted from co-hosting a training twice or showing EXCEPTIONAL leadership skills during a raid/defense.
Lieutenant - Officer Candidate
The last rank of the MR rank. Lieutenants are the future leaders of AA. They are some of the most experienced non-officers and have stayed active in the group and been through the thick and thin of everything. Their leadership skill should be obvious to even LRs and should have skills on par with the HRs, if not better. Lieutenants are allowed to become squad leaders in raids and defends and is able to join the High Rank channel on Discord to gain a glimpse of their future leadership positions. They are also allowed to talk with their mic on Discord unless told otherwise by an HR. Lieutenants can only be promoted after hosting a training under an HR supervision AND leading a small squad (3+ members under him) during a raid/defense. Afterwards, they are to be confirmed by the General of the Army himself. |
