Step 1: War a small clan, preferably a clan that is bad Step 2: When they lose while raiding, private message every member in the raid and tell them to join your group if you like winning Step 3: Continue doing this to said group until they die Step 4: Start recruiting high ranks of said clan Step 5: Rinse and repeat
