My idea for today is a new, Democratic system that can be implemented into groups as a new feature that can promote less monarchy and more democracy among groups. Instead of just one top power rank, a person can opt to have a second rank (or more, max up to 4 ranks) that has the same amount of power as that first power rank. There can be as many people in one leadership rank as a regular rank. Due to the nature of this, there would come some more features. For example, if three or more "leaders" are existent, there could be election and impeachment systems for the new democracy and old monarchy systems. Example:
NFC has 5 leadership positions held, and they want to impeach one of placeholders, 2/5 of those current leader can vote to have an impeachment of a certain member. 4 of those other leaders can vote Yes/No Anonymously. If it rules against them with a larger vote, they are exiled, if not, they stay. Note: New leadership members cannot be put in place during the impeachment process.
If there are two leadership roles held, there'll be a popular vote among non-leader members to have one impeached. Once the clan reverts to one leader, that leader can opt in to select more leaders or not.
ALL Leadership roles during these impeachment/election features will lose certain abilities (exiling, rank adjustment, etc) that can promote election rigging. New members will also have to pend until after the process is done.
Election: 2/5 (or an equation to determine that number) of the total people holding a leadership spot nominate a new member, a supermajority vote will be held to decide if they get in or not. Same as the impeachment process, they lose their abilities temporarily until after.
For single leader groups, there will not be an impeachment process, but a "switch election". There'll be one or more nominee that will be voted upon to "switch" with the current leader. If a switch election occurs, 2/3 popular vote will be required to win. Depending on member amounts, there could be an equation that could be used. This could change, however.
This is a rough draft and I want feedback on any pros and cons this suggestion may have, and why you are supporting/opposed to it. Also note that this can help with dead groups who have inactive leaders as well or help with corruption in some cases. Also, this is a bit messy because this idea popped up at a late time, and I didn't want to forget about it.
