ROG (Royal Old Guard of Whitecrest) declares a war with PBD (Pirates of the Black Diamond)
Terms:

1. The navy/'s with the most points at the end of the last battle win/s the war.
2. At least 3 officers/HR's of a navy have to attend to a battle to start it.
3. Combat logging is NOT allowed, if a navy combat logs 1 time on purpose, it counts as a ship kill (or clad kill if a clad combat logs) for the opposite navy\s. If a navy combat logs 2 times, it counts as 3 ship kills/clad kills (depending on what combat logs).
4. Clad spam is not allowed, it is only allowed if the other navy/'s have the same amount of clads in their fleet or if the other navy/'s accept the clad spam (more than 2 clads is seen as a clad spam, this rule is only valid in the first battle.
5. The fleet ship numbers can only be 1 ship different than the other fleets
6. The land cannon/mortar rule is removed.
7. Please don't use words like cancer or other extreme swear words, we don't want to start any super violent conflicts.
8. Just have fun.
Points:

Ship kill: 5 points.
clad kill: 10 points.
crew member kill: 1 point.
Full crew kill (only the captain): 5 points.
Captain kill: 2 points.
Retreating ship: 6 points (a retreating clad is 12 points).
Full fleet retreating: 6 points per ship, 12 points per clad + additional fleet retreat bonus: 5 points.
mlg mortar snipe: 2 points for crew member, 3 points for a captain.
Breaking a rule that has no punishment assigned: 5 points

First battle: 26th of November, 3PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) [This can be discussed]
Second battle: 27th of November, 3PM GMT (Again, Greenwich Mean Time) [This can also be discussed]
Third battle (could be the last battle unless someone disagrees with it): The same time as all the other battles [Again, this can be descussed]

PH will be participating in this war on ROG's side, we wish that PBD does not bring in a too big of a navy since we don't really like to be out numbered by a lot, but knowing PBD they will most likely ignore this which is not really nice but whatever (pfff).
Bringing in other allies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (Not allowed).

Current victory prize (For each navy): 300k doubloons
If PBD does not agree with a 'Victory Prize' then there will be no victory prize.
