I have to bring a few misconceptions to attention regarding my intentions:
- My intentions to follow through Saiose's will of adding guns to Hydra doesn't mean sword fighting will be abolished, it will stay and I will make sure guns will not make the swords redundant.
- I may be a developer however that does not render me incapable of leadership, in fact it could benefit us in many ways, we won't have to pay for developers or rely on possible scammers, outside development can build funds for the group and queries regarding development are alot easier to control and enact.
- Regarding reasons for your decisions to pick a certain person, just because we do not mention ALL of our intentions does not mean we won't do something like it or even have past experiences similar to the other. Both I and Over can follow the de#######f what the group should become, please send us questions about what we want to or not want to do as chancellor in order to have a bigger grasp of who you are voting for.
- I have decided on my slogan, my slogan shall be "Vitreus will reach for us", the idea is that I am willing to reach and achieve a great future for the group and it's members.
- Regarding the delegitimisation of what I plan to do for Hydra's Redemption as seen in the following:
"Can't say I can keep everything in butterflies and rainbows like Vit's dream however I promise a fair and organised group."
This claim was made within Over's speech and I would like to remind everyone, what I strive for isn't a simple dream, it is a fully possible way to keep Hydra's Redemption what it is, we should be known for what we are and stay how we are otherwise who are we? We wouldn't be HR anymore would we?
- Also another minor aspect aswell:
"We actually defended against AI and I feel proud that I was there to experience it."
Just a word of notice, I was a participant in that raid and I did attempt to make the raid more acceptable considering the unorthodox conditions at the time. I must also give Over credit though as he also assisted in dealing with the similar issues at the time.
- Regarding my "inactivity", I must sincerely apologise for that as when you develop for people for Robux sometimes I will miss trainings and events, however I have attended at least 1 event in HR every week.

Your misconceptions? Please you were pming me about how this election was "rigged". And about that raid? You left me to deal with that. You are a councilman as well instead you typed in HR chat to get to the fort to "clean up my mess" however you could have dealt with it by saying its voided or whatever. Your ideas and "misconceptions" were not accurate. Even If I did fail in the debate, you still do not have the right to pull a fast one on me. You stated that people know me better than you but may I remind you that you been in this group longer than me. You were too busy sitting on the sidelines and not ACTUALLY speaking to the people. That position developer is just a title. All of us councilmen have the power to demote/promote and so on. You can host a training, you can host events and YOU CAN TALK TO THE PEOPLE. Your development excuse is all just a ruse. You are too lazy to even come speak to the people. Your reason to become chancellor is even more stupid. You want to just become chancellor to become a developer and "make people happy". How will you make people happy? Can you elaborate on that sir? You also said that you wanted to become chancellor to "advance" in your ROBLOX carrer as being a successful leader. Do you even care about the men and women that actually put their time into HR? I highly doubt so. You wonder why people dont know you and there is your reason. YOU DO NOT PUT ANY TIME WHAT SO EVER INTO THIS GROUP FOR ANY AFFAIRS BUT DEVELOPING. Your case for becoming a chancellor and actually doing anything to help it is false. What you really want to do is boost your carrer. You give us a big picture of what you really are Vit. Your ideas are copied from leaders including me. You are just a fake attempting to make something big. Tell me the true characteristics of being a leader because I surely do not see one in you. |

1: With the raid matter I had to leave the matter to you I apologise, they said it was you who authorised it and after hearing tonnes of mixed messages why not get the person himself to fix the mess involving him, it seemed a logical idea at the time. I did participate with the raid and I did attempt to make the raid more acceptable, yes in this case it was on the side lines however I made my effort and I credited you in the form of: "I must also give Over credit though as he also assisted in dealing with the similar issues at the time."
This does not entirely indicate that everything was the same or similar in terms of issues however there were issues we both had to deal with, I must be more specific when crediting you also then.
2: My claim of the election being "rigged" is the highly noticeable trend of who is voting for who, most people who do not know who I am tend to vote for you and the people that know me tend to vote for me, the difference between the amounts of people on each side is quite big, yes I do admit I did overreact in the chat about it.
3: Over, you didn't fail in the debate, you did well and just because you refused to accept victory doesn't mean you have failed.
4: I know you know people more than I do, I know I don't know anyone because with my job comes the work, the work sometimes must be done. Even if it does cross over training events. I can host events, I can talk to people, I know this however there are things in my way which I will be rid of really soon anyway. I know I am placing the blame on developing quite a lot however I can prove my case in that respect, I am planning on abandoning most of my roles as a developer throughout the groups and genres I work in if I even do become Chancellor (which is admittedly unlikely right now).
5: Developing can make people of a group happy but it would not become my main focus, it would be something I would be working on in the side-lines, I will give myself more opportunity to talk to people, know people and what they think about things and ways to make them happy. Your disgression is more than understandable Over.
6: I am sorry to correct you Over but I do care about those people and I have just said I would relinquish most of my roles for the sole purpose of being a good leader and to learn and talk to people so I know them instead of doing what I have done previously. I admit I have not contributed much with any group affairs but developing however that is something I intent to amend.
7: I don't want this to boost my career, I want to do this because I want to have the opportunity to lead a group, something I have never had the time for before, I am prepared to make time for this group, I assure you.
8: As a leader you must be strong-willed, willing to accept and deal with failure when it comes, delegate roles of importance to those under you, you must be willing to not just do everything yourself and let your people help you as you help them.
Disclaimer: I do not intend to cause an almighty struggle, I just want to end this arguing with peaceful resolution.

I feel I lost. You have no say in it. The votes right there do not prove anything. Those votes were from my supporters and I cannot say they were wrong nor right. I don't want people to follow me because of my status and things I did for them. I want them to follow me for my ideas and achievements. I lost because of that. I did not support my statements one bit and I will take blame or fault for that.
@Time for the group
If you are making time for the group, promise me you will make that time efficient. Your time may refer to development or your own time for whatever and that may not help the group in their eyes.
@Roles
Developing wont cut creating a group. You have no experience to lead one. Developing cant help in all matters of the group.
@being a leader
You really dont need to tell anyone how to become a leader. We all know the characteristics of being one. Not talking about your own strengths and weakness' just shows you are as thickskulled as any other person.
@talking to people
You won't know how to interact with people if it hit you in the face. I don't think you have people's skill and i dont think you will understand people like I will. You need to become a LR/MR for a day to understand their hardships. They must follow our orders constantly with no reason. I understand them unlike you. The reason the Highranks like me so much is because 1.I offered them a chance to redeem themselves. 2.They admire me for my leadership.
