Thanks for trying, but I am back once again, and I have some info for ya.
All ethreals can fly. How they fly differs: Photons-beam of light. Anti's- Black smoke (like the Death Eaters) Plasmids- Electric Arc. Pyros- Fireball, obviously. Reavers- Drifting red vapor. |

Also, there can be a Matter Ethreal, turning into whatever matter they touch. They cant fly.
Ethreals can change into human form, but their eyes are an odd color and it takes alot of energy to keep up the form. Usually, after an hour, the form releases due to exhaustion. |
