No. This would be catastrophic. Groups like "[USA]The United States of America." would have to be shut down, and they have over 100k members. Imagine the chaos that would occur if everyone just got told "you worked hard for years, but everything has to end." Nobody would handle that well. Additionally, fictional politics are exactly that: fictional. They're not hurting anything, they're literally just roleplay groups.
And for "real" politics? Well, we shouldn't be screaming at each other how we disagree, but otherwise we're allowed to discuss anything that's appropriate. Of course this isn't a dedicated political platform, but there's nothing saying we can't talk about it at all.
