Essentially, 'moderators' will be randomly chosen if they meet the certain criteria (played for at least 2 years, completely clean warning/ban history, age of 13+, regularly active, etc). When a person gets reported, the 'moderator' will receive a notification about a 'case'. Within the case, the chat log of the specific server and MAYBE a recording (as in roblox automatically records it) of the incident. The moderator then has to review the log/recording, and determine if the victim is innocent or guilty. If they are guilty, the victim will get a warning/ban. If innocent, they will be free. The victim may be able to appeal the ban. Once that happens, roblox will look over it. If it turns out the victim is innocent, the moderator will loose their moderator status, and receive a ban. Once a moderator finishes a case, they will be given a reward (50-100 robux, depending on experience of the moderator) --ill probably add more when i wake up tommorow. if you dont support, please give your reasoning. if it doesnt make sense, it's my fault. im tired right now
