[SECTION I: CHAIN OF COMMAND]
> The UNSC Chain of Command is as follows; all Officers of the UNSC, and or division must report to their Higher Ups and or Branch Command. In some cases, they are required to either report to the Secretary General and or the Lord Admiral if it is of dire importance.

[SECTION II: DIVISION ORGANIZATION AND SECURITY]
> All divisions will treat each other with respect, in no cases shall a UNSC serviceman treat another serviceman with negativity or disrespect. This goes for high ranks as well, division leaders will not argue with other leaders to keep order and stability within the command structure.

[SECTION III: WEAPONRY AND SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT]
> All personnel of the UNSC are given standard issued MA5B assault rifles and M6 magnums, other rifle-variants are authorized to all divisions except naval servicemen. Specialized equipment such as the Spartan Laser must first be authorized by a server in-command or senior officer before acquiring them.

[SECTION IV: UNIFORMS AND MILITARY ATTIRE]
> UNSC personnel must wear designated division uniform at all times in UNSC territory, off-duty personnel must wear off-duty attire, but must still be presentable military-wise. Anyone caught wearing uniforms not for their division will be dealt with accordingly.
[SUBSECTION IV-A: Anyone found to wear different group uniforms or casual attire must first be asked properly, do not shoot them. Second offense results in punishment.]

[SECTION V: MILITARY DISCIPLINE]
> All Lower Ranked personnel are required to have knowledge of "PTS" or "Permission to Talk," no individual will talk in a formation, towards an HR, and or in military training without PTS. You may only talk if you have been granted permission if you asked or was simply given PTS throughout the entire activity.

[SECTION VI: ADMIN COMMANDS]
> Admin commands are only granted to;
[UNSC]: High Command+
[MARINE CORPS]: Lieutenant Colonels+
[NAVY]: Commodores+
[AIR FORCE]: Lieutenant Colonels+
[MILITARY POLICE]: Colonels+
Commands are limited to :h, :m, :tp, and :respawn in raids, in normal patrols the :give command will be allowed. Any member who receives admin without the proper rank and anyone found to use unauthorized commands will be punished accordingly.

[SECTION VII: RESPECT]
> This differs from Section II as it includes civilians. All Personnel are entitled to treat each other respectfully and in equal terms, but in no case shall Lower Ranks talk to Higher Ranks without proper discipline. Civilians are to also be treated as equal, do NOT shoot them on sight, force is only authorized if they are hostile and have shot first.

[SECTION VIII: MILITARY ORDERS]
> Orders from High Ranking officers are to be followed at all times, except if they are pertaining to ridiculous orders such as killing or making yourself look stupid, etc... Are to be ignored
[SUBSECTION VIII-A: Any High Rank who punishes or AA's low ranks did not follow ridiculous orders must be messaged to the Lord Admiral or the Secretary General immediately.]

[SECTION IX: THE COLE PROTOCOL]
> Stolen military technology such as ground vehicles, naval frigates, or specialized weaponry within bases or in-game must be destroyed or taken back from whoever took them. Failure to successfully enact the cole protocol in due time will result in the punishment of the most high ranking officer in the server, excluding the Lord Admiral.

[SECTION X: REBELLIONS AND INTERNAL STRIFE]
> If rebellion arises within the UNSC. Naval Intelligence and High Command will conduct investigations, and operations to seek out rebellion. The rest will lie on the shoulders of the Lord Admiral and the Secretary General.
[SUBSECTION X-A: If the rebellion is within the UNSC Chain of Command, the Lord Admiral must first investigate involved belligerents then terminate them immediately if proof has been given out.]
