Now hear me out, it sounds absurd, but it might just save ROBLOX. So what I'm saying is that players should be able to create hats and sell them on ROBLOX. Now, there will be restrictions. A user can only create 3 hats. The creator of the hat has to have OBC. The creator of the hat must spend at least 10,000 ROBUX to sell the hat. Finally, you must first verify yourself for hat creation. I'm not talking about emails, I'm talking about filling in a form to sign up for hat creation. There will be moderation on hat creation, each being judged by different game developers to look at in order to verified for being sold. This way, people can't make inappropriate hats or just recreate the dominus and wear it. Staff will also judge how high the price should be, by the way. Support and bump if you agree.

you can already submit hats to ROBLOX Staff and they look over it, mainly retextures. they also announced that next year or something that you can make hats.

ROBLOX already has this idea planned for next year. It's something like "User Generated Items" or something like that..
